Is It Finally Over??

My 3 year old daughter had her first bought of a tummy bug last night and I'm just wondering if the sickness is over. She was sick four times between 7:30pm and 10:30. At 2am she had some water and some toast as she was asking for it, and the nurse said to giver her it. She promptly threw this back up at 3:30am. She finally went back to sleep on the sofa at 4am and woke at 7:30 without being sick. At 10am she had some more toast and some v.weak juice. She is now having some quavers and has so far, fingers crossed, managed to keep everything down. She still has a little diarrhea but is the vomiting finally over or do I have to look forward to tonight as well??
