How can a shy girl....?

well its a problem with most of the shy girls that they dont have the guts to actually convey their message to the one she likes...so any tips from the gutty ppl for actually telling the guy without stammering or wobbling in front of him...please try to see ur self in our place and then answer..what would u have done if u were shy...
