Vladimir Weiss is an exciting young talent, he does need to mature a little in respect of his distribution because sometimes he can be a bit greedy, that said, he did stick his chance away last night with clinical aplomb. I just wish that Mark Hughes would give him a few more substitute appearances in Premier League fixtures.
