Do Pport numbers change?

I doubt you'll get many answers on this. What I can tell you is that GUatemalan pports are based on the Cedula number, which is the National ID Number that a Guatemalan gets when he's born or shortly thereafter. That number stays with you permanently. Most pports are like that. Perhaps what changes is 2 or 3 digits at the end, but the first several digits or letter/number combination would stay the same. If you continue to have doubts, try calling the embies of those countries to find out.
