DOES OHIO STATE STILL HAVE A SHOT AT MAKING IT TO THE ROSE BOWL ?

ok if Penn State wins out and ends up in the National Championship game does Ohio State go to the Rose Bowl because it is usually a BIG TEN vs a BIG 12 or SEC team and if Ohio State wins out they are second in the BIG TEN right now and we hold the tie breaker over Minnesota or Mich State because we beat them but right now Penn State is #1 in the Big TEN but if Penn State ends up in the BCS Champ game do we get in to the Rose Bowl what do you guys think ?
