Temporary custody,restraining order?

if my wife is on Singulair which is being investigated by the FDA for Mood Swings,Depression and Suicide and she takes off with our 8 mth old son with 12 firearms 1000 miles across 7 State Lines but neither of us have filed divorce can I file a ex Parte restrainig order to get temp custody of my son to get her a psyche evaluation if I file first?She left 9 days ago but I just found out to what state and then the news said her medication is being evaluated for Mood Swings,Depression and Suicides
