I do not know whether you can or not, but what you are describing is that your foundation has settled. That can be very costly to fix, but it needs to be done. It will only get worse. Contact your insurance company and see if your covered, more than likely not. Then call for quotes from foundation and leveling companies. That is really the only options you have left.
