I feel really guilty?

ok me, my brother, and his friend were sledding then i went down and he hit me on the head with a stick and he has adhd really bad so he does random stuff like that well anyways i got mad and then hit him with the stick harder and he got hurt and he was exaggerating like saying he cant move and stuff when he could and told his parents and his dad came and i know its not that bad but for some reason i feel really guilty i mean i apologized and all but idk y i just feel really guilty and i wanna get rid of it
