What should I do? My girlfriend smokes and its killing me? I hate it but I love her?

Dump her. She's a bad health risk and if you have kids with her, the odds that they will follow mommy's path to the grave and wind up smokers is high. Also, what are you going to tell your kids when mommy comes back from the doctor's office with the bad news?
