if you'll read the overview of the product, you will see that it says the product should be refrigerated after opening and will last for seven days. you could probably stretch it a bit but maybe not the whole 5 weeks you're planning. however i have no first hand experience with the product so i cant be more helpful. try to research some more about the product to see if it will suit your needs
