I won a pageant and i have a meeting tuesday on theme ideas for a riverfest festival and fundraisers any ideas?

Ok last October i won a pageant for a river fest festival and my pageant director wants me to come up with the idea for a theme for this years festival. He also wants me to come up with fundraising ideas. HELP!!!!
