Ear Piercing - Tragus Or Rim?

Hi! Im getting My Ear Pierced today and i dont know which is better to pierce, Tragus Or Rim? Im Absolutely Petrified Of Needles(if either need this i wont be doing) So Whats the Procedure To Each? Any One Know? Thanks
