Can anyone give me a ball park on repairing a front chasis on a toyota scion?

the car was wrecked (in the front) , repaired and then i bought it. the guy said he fixed everything of course, but now i am wondering because it's making this loud strange noise when i turn occoinally. I think it's the front chasis. I've had it 2 yrs. Is it possible that he didnt repaired it 100%? Is this something that might break down 2 yrs later?. is it worth repairing? i do love my car
